Using Our Website and Making Purchases

By using this website, you agree to be bound by its terms, conditions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability. Please take a moment to read and understand these terms before proceeding with your use of this website.

Prices and Payment

You are responsible for the payment of all products and services you order. Product prices do not include delivery (details below). Prices may change, but once you've ordered and paid for something, the price remains the same. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. Processing fees may apply, but you'll be informed before finalising your purchase.

Placing an Order

Order your desired products through our shop or product pages. By placing an order, you're making an offer to purchase. Orders are not for resale. We reserve the right to accept or reject offers for various reasons. Each accepted offer creates a separate agreement between you and us.

To process your order, we need information like your name, contact details, billing address, delivery address, and payment details. Refer to our Privacy Policy for how we handle your personal information.

Delivery

Delivery costs depend on the delivery location, starting from $15.00 (excluding free delivery areas). Delivery hours are 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or internationally.

Once a gift is delivered to a concierge or front desk, we are not responsible for its delivery to the final recipient. For undeliverable items, re-direction or return options are available but may incur a fee.

Undeliverable Items

A gift is considered undeliverable if the address is incomplete, incorrect, or the recipient is unavailable. Undeliverable gifts will be re-directed or returned to Simply Lovely, with the customer liable for associated charges.

Units and Apartment Buildings

Couriers may face challenges with units and apartments. Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the gift.

Incorrect and Incomplete Addresses

Please provide accurate address information. We are not responsible for delivering to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Substitution and Seasonal Availability

We strive to fulfill orders according to descriptions, but seasonal availability may require substitutions of similar quality and value.

Delivery of Alcohol

Liquor must be accompanied by other items as part of a gift box. Someone 18 years or older must be home to receive alcohol orders.

Availability of Product

Product availability is updated on the homepage and shop pages. Unavailable products are indicated on the product page as “Out of Stock”.

Days of Operation

We deliver five days a week, excluding public holidays in Tasmania.

Warranties, Refunds, and Cancellations

Due to quick turnaround times, we cannot refund orders in transit or those already delivered. Advance order cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

If you’re unhappy with your order, notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Provide imagery for assessment – we need to see what has gone wrong in order to fix it.

NOTE for orders being shipped interstate of Tasmania

Due to the perishable nature of cheeses during transit, we want to ensure the quality of your order upon delivery. In the event that cheeses are included in your selection, please note that they will be substituted with an item of similar value that is non-perishable and equally tasty. We are committed to providing a delightful and satisfying experience. Liability and General Matters

We are not liable for consequential damages. All goods come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. We own intellectual property rights on this site, except for your data.

These terms may be amended, and it's your responsibility to check for updates. We are not responsible for external websites linked from our site.

If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions apply. This document is governed by Australian law.
